ALERT LIST
The Alert List allows you to store bikes you will always look for. The evening before the Auction the
Spectrum System will send you a Mail listing any Bike in the next days auction which matches the
bikes in your Alert List. Another way of thinking of the Alert List is to think of it like a Favorites list.
You can also search for Bikes in your alert list in the auction you are looking at.
To Add a Bike to your Alert List.
· Choose a Bike from the Bike View List by clicking on the Auction number
· From the Bidding Page click the 
icon. · The Bike has now been added to the Alert list.
To Search an Auction using your Alert List.
· From the Bike list Page Click on the Query Box On/Off to open the Query Box
· Click on the "Search by Alert List" Button
· Any Bikes in the auction that match Bikes in your Alert List will appear.
Things you CAN NOT do with the Alert List.
· You cannot manually add or edit Alert List Entries. Bikes can only be added to the Alert List from
the Bidding Page, and can only be deleted from the Alert List Page.
