This Auction will have anywhere between 2000 to 4000 units each Thursday and displays 3
Photos. The Bikes are located all over Japan and can be in any condition. Spectrum cannot
accept any claims for this auction. Generally the Bikes are received as described however this
auction will not accept claims easily. Buyer beware. However this is a GREAT source of Bikes
and generally can be relied upon.

Why are NO CLAIMS allowed at this Auction
Generally the checking of Bikes for this Auction is good.
However, there are occasions where Bikes are received by Spectrum NOT in the condition that was
expected.
When Spectrum makes Claims to this Auction the replies are sometimes not adequate enough to cover
repairs to bring the Bike up to the standard expected, and sometimes claims are NOT accepted.
WHAT WILL SPECTRUM DO ABOUT CHECKING BIKES
Spectrum will continue to check the Bikes you Bid on with all our skill and available information.
We will continue to advise you if we believe some problems might exist.
Spectrum will do their best to make claims on your behalf, however Spectrum holds no responsibility
for the outcome of any Claim.
